- 3. Delivery Charges for Returns/Exchanges
- For returns, exchanges, or repairs, customers are responsible for delivery charges to send the product to our factory.
- Once we receive the returned product, a refund will be processed within 24 working hours via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer.
- 4. Exchange/Repair Timeframe
